TEZU, Sep 22:  Development and operationalisation of Tezu Airport project is on the verge of completion and in order to carry out flight operations, a test flight movement was scheduled in Tezu Airport runway for calibration of PAPI and Navigational facilities available, here today.
 
A test landing trial was also was successfully conducted in presence of SDO Kajol Karmakar i/c Deputy Commissioner Lohit District and other AAI officials.
 
The final observations of the Test Calibration Flight is awaited for further course of action.
 
Meanwhile Lohit District Administration is extending all possible cooperation and coordination to the Airport Authority of India for smooth and successful operationalisation of Airline service in Tezu.
