Khonsa, Sep 8: The 2nd day of Student Police Cadet programme was conducted today at Khonsa.
As a part of outdoor activities in lieu of community policing, confidence building,student-police interaction and to get an idea of functioning of police unit in the district, the students were made to visit  SP Office, Fire Station Khonsa and Police Station Khonsa.
While interacting with the students, SP Tirap, Kardak Riba  briefed about the concept of Student Police Cadet and its role in community policing, traffic rules, important role of students in today's society, discipline as a backbone for a successful person.
