NAMSAI, JAN 27: The ANMA Integrated Development Association (AIDA)-SBI Gram Seva Program successfully concluded its annual scholarship distribution ceremony in Namsai district on Republic Day.
Five deserving students from each of the five adopted villages – Adi Ningroo, Ningro Charli, Nampong, Piyong Khatmi, and Piyong Singpho – were awarded scholarships.
The ceremony was held in the presence of Kalen Saroh, the Circle Officer of Piyong Circle, who presented the certificates to the awardees. Gaon Buras, Gram Panchayat Chairpersons, and members of the public from all the adopted villages also graced the occasion.
The scholarships are awarded to students who excel not only in academics but also in sports, arts, and cultural activities. This initiative aims to encourage and motivate students to pursue their dreams and achieve greater success.
