ITANAGAR,  Sep 20: Three-days State Level Training Programme on People's Plan Campaign (PPC) - 2021 (Sabki Yojana, Sabka Vikas) conducted by State Institute of Rural Development and Panchayati Raj (SIRD&PR) got underway today.
Inaugurating the training, Amarnath Talwade, IAS, Secretary (PR&RD) emphasized on the importance of such training and apprised the participants that these days Panchayat schemes are technically based and linked to e-Gram Swaraj Portal. He further apprised the participants on Sustainable Development Goals and performance of various districts related to Panchayati Raj and Rural Development. He urged the ZPC/ZPM & DPDO to take personal initiatives to get every scheme implemented at the ground level. He also emphasized on the importance and significance of People's Plan Campaign which is pre requisite for the successful planning and implementation of schemes in the grassroot level and requested the participants to take active part in planning process. He informed that SIRD&PR is committed to give best training in the days to come.
Earlier, Habung Lampung, Director SIRD&PR while welcoming the participants requested the senior officers of the district and other senior functionaries of Panchayati Raj Institutions to attend such trainings themselves since they are the ones who can guide others in the districts and become exemplary. He further informed participants about other activities of SIRD&PR and various other training activities.
Kego Jilen, Director RD while proposing vote of thanks requested the participants to give timely report on RD schemes. He further informed that the status of Arunachal Pradesh in the performance of MGNREGA has improved in national level. 
Rodo Bui, Assistant Director-cum-Course Coordinator highlighted on the course contents.
Various topics like overviews on GPDP, 15th FC, Building Awareness, Focus Area, PRI, CBO, SHG convergence, PRA tools, preparation of GPDP, Sustainable Development Goal, Project Monitoring Units, etc are being imparted.
ZPC, ZPM, DPDO, EO (RE), PTA etc of various districts are attending the 3 days training.
