Kolkata, Mar 23: Satyajit Ray Film and Television Institute (SRFTI) will set up its new campus in Itanagar.
"SRFTI is developing state-of-the-art facilities at a campus in Itanagar to create an ambience to inspire budding film students of the north-eastern state," an SRFTI spokesperson said today.
The SRFTI, an autonomous institution under Union Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, is a member CILECT (Centre International de Liaison des Ecoles de Cinema et de Television).
The campus will start a 10-week long course in Itanagar from May 15 for the students at its temporary campus.
Twenty students will be allowed to enrol for the course.
