AALO, Sep 20:Skill development training for labourers organised by JWCAPTU and AAPWU under the initiative of Jumnu Ligo, RO APB&OCWWB started at PP tourist lodge today.

  Attending the inaugural training session as the Chief Guest, the West Siang Deputy Commissioner, Sode Potom exhorted the trainees to take full advantage of the training imparted free of cost for various trades. He said that skill training is a must to cope up with the changing needs.

Gijum Tali, DIPRO who attended the function as Guest of Honour stressed on disseminating the flagship programme and policies of central and state govt to the labour community.

  Rinto Ete, President JWCAPTU and Jumli Bagra General Secretary AAPWU dwelt at length on activities being taken up by the unions for the welfare of labourers in the district.
