ZIRO, Nov 14: To commemorate the 133rd birth anniversary of the first prime minister of India Pandit Jawarlal Nehru, the G/138 BN CRPF station at Ziro today celebrated Children’s Day with the differently able inmates of Mother’s Home, a home for destitute women and children, at Old Ziro and with the inmates of Grace Rehabilitation Center of Apatani Baptist Association, Abulyang.
Team led by battalion’s Officer Commanding, Vikas Kumar and Sub Inspector Mohd. Iqbal Naik spent their time with the inmates of both centers and distributed eatables to them.
