NAHARLAGUN, May 2: Arunachal Pradesh scribe Manoj Singh was among those felicitated during the 2^nd anniversary celebration of the only multilingual newspaper of Assam “Assam Lutad ” at Dispur Press club on May 1.

The day long programme included Kavi Sammelan, Workshop on role of media in development of society and state and social structure in economic development. A book was also released written by Debo Kumar Mili of ONGC.
