ITANAGAR, Jul 24:The secondary School located at Police colony, Chandranagar, Itanagar which has been upgraded to higher secondary level was inaugurated today by local MLA, Techi Kaso amidst a huge gathering of teachers and students.

In his speech, Kaso congratulated the school management on the upgradation and assured to provide necessary furniture and learning materials from his end.

Kaso also agreed to fulfill few of the demands made by the concern councillor through a memorandum like, construction of a hanging bridge, renovation of approach road to Police colony and development of infrastructure of the school etc.

Speaking on the occasion, DC, Capital Complex, Prince Dhawan sought coordination and support from all stakeholders for further development of education scenario in the state capital.

He also asked the teachers to be sincere and dedicated with the job assigned to them and appealed children to work hard towards their studies for better future.
