ITANAGAR, Jul 18: Installation of ATM in state Civil Secretariat brought smiles to the officers and staff who felt that it will save  them a lot of time since they will not have to venture out for withdrawal of cash. 
But within a short span of time their smiles have disappeared since  the ATM installed by SBI has started malfunctioning. The officers and staff alleged that the actual intention  of ATM  installation in the campus has not been  fulfilled as it remains out of order  on most of the occasions.
They have appealed the SBI authority to maintain it properly in the greater interest of hundreds of employees working in the Civil Secretariat.
