ITANAGAR, Jul 5: The Sports Authority of Arunachal (SAA) on Tuesday felicitated participants of the 32nd senior National Wushu Championship which was held from June 26 to July 1 at the Chatrapati Sports Complex in Pune, Maharashtra.
Vice Chairman SAA, Sanjeev Tana Tara and Director SAA Gumnya Karbak felicitated the players, coaches, managers and technical official in presence of President, All Arunachal Pradesh Wushu Association, Tach Tadar among others at Chimpu, Itanagar.
Mercy Ngaimong bagged 3 gold in Changquan, Jianshu , Qianshu (Taolu Event) and Yorna Rosni won 1 gold in Nandao (Taolu Event). Both of them have directly qualified for Final Selection Trial of upcoming Asian Games.
Realu Boo has directly qualified for the upcoming National Games, Goa, in Taijiquan (Taolu event).
Taug Ama and Repakso Chikro have also directly qualified for upcoming National Games, Goa, below 60 Kg weight category (Sanda Event).
