NAHARLAGUN, Mar 25: Minister Rural Development & Panchayati Raj, Alo Libang today visited Initial Training Camp (ITC) underway at Naharlagun organised by the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS). A total of 40 selected participants from various schools and colleges of the capital complex are undertaking the seven-day training which will conclude on March 31 next.
Addressing the participants and RSS functionaries, Libang said that RSS is a disciplined organisation and it preaches one to become a patriot. ‘Discipline and manners will help a person build good character which is the weapon for life,’ he opined.
RSS Vibhag Pracharak, Uttam Ingling among others addressed the camp.
