DOIMUKH, Aug 2:Minister for Urban Development, Land Management, Nabam Rebia visited the newly shifted Government College Doimukh at Midpu today to take stock of the college and its infrastructural development. 

Rebia along with Deputy Commissioner Tai Kaye and SDO Doimukh Ibom Tao, inspected the college and its infrastructure. Taking serious note of slow pace of progress of construction of college building, Rebia directed the executing department and contractor to start the construction work immediately on war footing and ensure its completion on given time period. He also directed the Executive Engineer PWD Division Doimukh to start the road widening work of the college approach road.  Govt College Doimukh was established in the year 2012 and has intake capacity of 550 students.
