BOMDILA, May 22:Based on reports of illegal entry within the administrative jurisdiction of Kamengbari – Doimara under West Kameng District by the people from outside especially from the neighbouring state of Assam for the purpose of illegal extraction of forest products, illegal mining, poaching and even encroachment of land, the Circle Officer cum Executive Magistrate Kamengbari-Doimara has issued a Prohibitory Order against entry of any person from outside the state without valid Inner Line Permits. Also, the Executive Magistrate has directed the authorities in the Department of Forest, Police and Security personnel deployed within the jurisdiction of the Circle to detain any unauthorized entrant, to remove all the encroachment and to stop all such illegal activities which may cause public inconvenience and loss of state’s resources.
