YUPIA, Mar 23: Doimukh Police on Thursday made a breakthrough in solving a fraud case by arresting the main accused, Abhishek Bhargabh alias Abhishek Bora of Guwahati, Assam today, who had allegedly cheated more than Rupees 1 crore from two local contractors in 2010 on the pretext of awarding a contractual work of laying OFC in the state.

A team of police headed by investigating officer, Tilling Habung under the close supervision of SP, Yupia , Tumme Amo arrested the accused from Dispur ,Assam. The accused was brought from Assam to Doimukh today and produced before the CJM court, Yupia, which remanded him to judicial custody.
