ITANAGAR, Feb 14: Arunachal Pradesh Governor BD Mishra has summoned the Seventh Legislative Assembly of Arunachal Pradesh to meet for its Special Session on February 21 next in view of the President of India's address to the members of the Seventh Legislative Assembly of Arunachal Pradesh in the Legislative Assembly at Itanagar.
