ITANAGAR, Mar 19: The Election Commission of India has in yet another order, asked all the political parties not to use photographs of defence personnel or photographs of functions involving defence personnel in their advertisements. The contesting candidates have also been asked by the ECI to desist from displaying activities of defence personnel in their campaigns and advertisements. It has further urged the political parties and candidates to follow the advisory in letter and spirit. CEO Office
