RAGA, May 28: A performance review meeting of all the Community Health Officers (CHO) of AYUSH Health and Wellness Centers (AHWC) and Health and Wellness Officers (HWO) of Sub-Center Health and Wellness Centers (HWC) of Kamle district was held in the office chamber of the District Medical Officer, Raga today. 
The purpose of the meeting was to review the performance of the centers and chalk out a way forward to further improve the comprehensive health care delivery at the grassroots level.
The officer incharges of the HWCs made powerpoint presentations of their achievements and highlighted various bottlenecks in their daily works. Major ones included poor infrastructure and inadequate manpower. 
Exhorting the officers to be more responsible and innovative, Dr. Tage Kanno, DMO said that it is mandatory for the officers to be stationed in their respective places of posting. He asked them to maintain records of all their activities and submit all reports timely. All the 12 packages of comprehensive primary health services, mandated under the HWCs should be delivered for the benefit of the communities.
Dr. Kapu Sopin, DRCHO and Dr. Tage Yamung of WHO also spoke at the meeting.
