ITANAGAR, Sep 13: Ms Kempi Pakam, State Training Commissioner(Guide) at the State Headquarters of Bharat Scouts and Guides, Naharlagun will represent India in the WAGGGS 36th World Conference in New Delhi fromSeptember 18-22 next. This is the first time India is hosting the world conference which will see participation of 146 countries.
The WAGGGS, which is abbreviated as World Association of Girl Guides and Girl Scouts, is the highest world body of Girl Guides and Girls Scouts in the world.
