ITANAGAR, Apr 10: The Pan Arunachal Joint Steering Committee (PAJSC) on the APPSC paper leakage scam has asked the state government to address the remaining points of its 13-point charter of demands as assured by the government by April 18 next failing which it has threatened to carry forward its democratic movement.
Speaking to the reporters today, Chairman PAJSC Techi Puru said that the team today submitted a detailed overview of the fulfillment of the 13-point charter of demand to Chief Minister Pema Khandu. Subsequently, the committee also demanded immediate fulfillment of the unaddressed demands.
He said that though the state government has addressed most of the demands, the committee besides demanding the fulfillment of the remaining demands has also suggested a few inputs and action plan to resolve the issue in time for the greater interest of the public. 
"The committee is satisfied with the endorsement of the matter to the Enforcement Directorate (ED) but has suggested for a temporary ED office at Itanagar instead of Guwahati, Assam. Complainants face financial issues as well as security concerns traveling all the way to Guwahati for any kind of interrogation," Puru said. 
Likewise, the committee also placed the observation regarding the action taken by the state government into the matter of assets owned by all the accused in the scam and the officials of the commission, inclusion of two members from aspirants in preparation of SOP of the commission. Also, legislation of whistleblower act, immediate disclosure of 3-member committee report and suspension of upcoming exams, etc.
Meanwhile, Vice Chairman PAJSC, Tadak Nalo said that only 80% of the demands have been addressed but the rest is yet to be addressed. The public is concerned about the pace and progress in the matter. Therefore, the committee today submitted a comprehensive representation to the CM, he said.
Nalo added that the committee dissected every single demand addressed by the state government and accordingly through a representation highlighted the need for further action needed.   
“We the committee members have made a proper analysis of the entire points redressed by the state government. However, there were a few points that needed to be addressed. 
Therefore, we have today submitted the detailed overview of the fulfillment of the 13-point charter of demand as per our understanding,” he said.
