Itanagar, Nov 24: A one day training programme was conducted today by the A. P State Legal Services Authority  and One Stop Centre, Naharlagun on the  issues pertaining to Marriage Registration, Arunachal Pradesh Victim Compensation Scheme 2011 and Free Legal Aid at the office premises of One Stop Centre, Naharlagun which is under District Administration, Itanagar Capital Region  for the staff of OSC, Naharlagun. 
Adv Raknu Konya, Legal Aid Counsel spoke about the importance and procedures of Marriage Registration  . Adv Nani Modi, Legal Aid Counsel talked about AP Victim Compensation Scheme and free legal aid. She informed that a person who has been harmed or injured or dies by an  offence or negligence committed by another person can claim or avail victim compensation within a period of one year from the date of the alleged offence. 
Centre Administrator Nada Nampi and Ribbom Riba also spoke. Among others, Adv Kani Nada Maling and Secretary Singcha Ghene Welfare Society attended the event.
