ITANAGAR, Apr 6: The All Itanagar Youth Welfare Association has appealed to the district administration capital complex to expedite the process to ban liquor shops established alongside NH-415 and in the vicinity of educational institutions.
Expressing concern over the menace of Marijuana (Ganja) ,Tobacco products etc among the school going students, it also urged the DC to check such illegal activities happening around the schools under capital complex.
