ITANAGAR, Oct 11: The Government of Arunachal Pradesh has decided to observe one day state mourning on Wednesday, October 12, as a mark of respect to former minister Thupten Tempa who passed away on October 7 last due to prolonged illness.
During the period of state mourning, the national flag will be flown at half mast throughout the state of Arunachal Pradesh and in all state government offices outside the state where it is flown regularly.
The state ceremonial guard of honour would be presented during the funeral/cremation on Friday next, October 14, according to a message from US (GA), Govt of AP.
