Faridabad, Mar 28: NHPC, a Navratna enterprise of the Govt. of India has been conferred with CII HR Excellence Award for 2024-25. The award acknowledges NHPC’s strong commitment to HR Excellence. Uttam Lal, Director (Personnel), NHPC received the award during the 15th CII National HR Excellence Award Confluence 2024-25 held in Mumbai on March 27. This award is among the industry’s most coveted and prestigious HR Awards which attaches great value and recognition to NHPC HR processes and practices.
Uttam Lal, Director (Personnel) also graced the Confluence as a Panellist in the Panel Discussion on the topic, “Blending learning with technology for a Booster dose in developing talent”, wherein he shared his perspectives and experience in a highly interactive session which was well appreciated by the audience.
During the Confluence, Atul Bhargava, DGM (HR), NHPC was also felicitated by CII for his association with CII in the capacity of an ‘Assessor’ for HR Excellence Award.
