DOIMUKH, Mar 20: The state today bid adieu to Former Minister Ngurang Tazap as his mortal remains were laid to rest at his residence with full state honour.
Among the hundreds who attended the funeral several top politicians were also present. Home Minister Kumar Waii, Minister UD, TP, Housing and local MLA Nabam Rebia, Parliamentary Secretary (Education & Home) Pani Taram, Former Home Minister Neelam Taram were among the many who converged to pay their last respects.
The Nyishi Baptist church council leaders performed prayers before the body was laid to rest.
