ITANAGAR, May 16:Advocate Goto Ete, has been sworn in as Information Commissioner, Arunachal Pradesh State Information Commission at Raj Bhavan today.

In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 15 (3) of the Right to Information Act, 2005 (No. 22 of 2005) and on the recommendation of the Committee chaired by the Chief Minister, Arunachal Pradesh, the Governor BD appointed Ete and administered the Oath of Office to him.

First Lady Neelam Misra, Parliamentary Secretary N Karbak, Chief Secretary Satya Gopal, State Chief Information Commissioner Dr. Joram Begi, Information Commissioners, Abraham K. Techi and Matheim Linggi, invitees and special guests were present on the occasion.
