ITANAGAR, Mar 19: The Nyishi Elite Society (NES) while condoling the demise of  Ngurang Tazap, former Minister termed his death a great loss for the Nyishi community in particular and the huge vacuum will be difficult to fill. All the senior members of the community and the executive members of NES are expected to attend the last rites and pay homage to the departed soul at the Doimukh residence of the late leader on Monday.
