Nirjuli,  Jul 7: Dr Mukesh Upadhyay, Yumnam Bidya Laxmi Devi received the Best Care Take Officer award and SUO Dikshit Kumar Gogoi, UO Vindha Sindhu and UO Lanngambi Thounaojam received the best cadet award of 1 Arunachal Pradesh Battalion NCC.
Marken Kadu, Director of Secondary Education, and Lt Col K Dileep Reddy, Commanding Officer, 1 Arunachal Pradesh Battalion NCC, Naharlagun felicitated the  officers and cadets at the D. K. Convention hall, Itanagar on June 30 last. Prof (Dr.) M Muralidhar, Director, NERIST and        Prof. (Dr.) P. Lingfa Dean (SA) felicitated the officers and cadets for their achievements.
