ITANAGAR, Jun 17:  Expressing resentment over the lackadaisical attitude of the state police and home department in connection with the murder case of late Ojing Taying, North East Human Rights Organization- Arunachal Unit  today  demanded handing over of the case to the CBI.

In its representation to Director General of Police, NEHRO (AP) has claimed that the department has miserably failed to make any breakthrough in the murder case despite passing of almost a year’s time.

‘Today, it is exactly 363 days but your department has failed to collect any clue about the incident which shows the inability of State home department. Sadly, even after our repeated pleas your department didn't expedite the case. This fateful incident has already shattered the lives of the victim's family,’ NEHRO said.
