PASIGHAT, Jul 19:  The progress of the 12,000 capacity multi-purpose outdoor Stadium in Pasighat was inspected today by MLA cum Parliamentary Secretary, Kaling Moyong, along with Chief Executive Officer, A. Morang and Director of Smart City, Kaling Doruk, District Sports Officer  K Komut, engineers of Pasighat Municipal Council and Urban Development Kaling Dai.

Satisfied with the progress, Moyong appreciated the executing agency for maintaining quality and further asked to speed up the pace of the construction work for its timely completion. He also gave some tips for betterment and beautification of the stadium.

The Urban Planning Officer (UD) Kaling Dai informed the visiting MLA that over 90 per cent of the construction work is complete. January 2019 was the target, but it would be ready by October this year. The department also executed some additional works like retaining wall, Kota-stone flooring, parking place, two ticket rooms, etc.
