KHARSANG, Mar 22: Minister for Urban Development, Civil Supply & Consumer Affairs, Kamlung Mossang today inaugurated 'Innovation Science Laboratory and Auditorium' at Govt. Higher Secondary School,Kharsang in presence of DC, Changlang Dr. Devansh Yadav, SDO Kharsang- RK Rai and other dignitaries.
Speaking on the occasion, the Minister appreciated the school authorities for creating such innovative laboratory to encourage students. Such Innovation Science Laboratory will help the students to gain intrest towards modern science, as well as technologies.They will get first hand experience to do the experiments in such labs, he said.
He also appealed the students to use the laboratory and auditorium properly. He further expressed concern over the scarcity of subject teachers in the school.
Earlier, the school authority submitted a one point memorandum to the Minister seeking his intervention for construction of G+1 quarters for teachers.
