ITANAGAR, Jul 29:
In yet another blow to the Congress party in the state, five villages of 25th Milli Anchal Segment under 25th Raga Assembly Constituency having over 500 population joined the BJP en-mass on Saturday.
The joining ceremony was held at Sonyu Namchang general ground in presence of State Vice President Adv. Dominic Tadar.
Welcoming all the former Congress veterans to the party fold, Tadar exhorted them to be the proud members of the largest party in the world with the most popular PM in the world.
Recalling Modi’s call to make the country a “Congress Mukt Bharat”, Tadar stated that the day is not far when Arunachal will also become Congress free.
Tadar later requested the local MLA to provide basic infrastructure development to the villages especially to improve the road connectivity.
Mandal President Golom Bogy spoke on party discipline, membership and ideology of the party for the benefit of the new party members.
