ITANAGAR, Apr 7: MLA, Doimukh Assembly Constituency, Tana Hali Tara accompanied with EE Doimukh division, Er. Techi Ramda, Contractor Ngurang Changriang and party workers inspected the state's  first highway road project  from Gohpur Tinali to Bridge point Depra, Rakap village on Thursday last.
Stating the importance of the bridge which connects the nearby villages and Itanagar to Jote and other important educational institutions, the MLA  directed the contractor to expedite the work by  engaging more men and machinery.
The team also inspected major points of the road including the culverts.
Expressing satisfaction with the quality and progress of the work, the MLA sought public co-operation so that the road project is completed early before the monsoon arrives.
