Yupia, Mar 24: The District Level Monitoring Committee (DLMC) for Biomedical Waste Management Papum Pare today held a meeting chaired by Deputy Commissioner  Minga Sherpa. The DC suggested the members to plan for proper transportation of biomedical waste to the nearest Biomedical Waste Treatment and Disposal Facility (BMWTF). He also directed the DMO to obtain authorization from the State Pollution Control Board for all the healthcare facilities.
