ITANAGAR, May 21:Topoti Bhaumik, 58, wife of UNI Itanagar correspondent Partha Bhaumik passed away this morning leaving behind a son and daughter. She breathed her last in a Kolkata hospital where she was battling an illness.

Upon hearing the news, the Arunachal Press Club, on behalf of state press fraternity, has expressed its deepest condolences to Partha Bhaumik for the tragic death of his wife.

“We pray to Almighty to give you strength and courage, so that you come out of this pain soon. May her soul rest in eternal peace,” the message added.
