NIRJULI, Feb 1: In a tragic incident, a 28-year-old woman, Taha Timpu, was found dead under mysterious circumstances in her rented room in Nirjuli on Thursday evening. Police sources have confirmed that the woman was found hanging inside her room. Authorities have arrested 38-year-old Manoj Mazumdar, a private employee in Nirjuli, for allegedly abetting her suicide.
According to police reports, the victim's family grew concerned after repeated attempts to contact her went unanswered.
