ITANAGAR, May 25:The Department of Administrative Reforms conducted its first morning attendance meeting today following directive of the state government to hold the same every Monday and Friday of the week.
The state government in an order recently directed offices, institutions, organizations, schools etc to observe morning attendance meeting to ensure a user friendly way to achieve the vision of 'Late / Absence Free State'.
The initiative was taken following reports of mass absenteeism in government departments in the Districts including Capital Complex issued by Governor’s Secretariat.
