ITANAGAR, Aug 1:Seven students from Him International School, Itanagar, who had recently participated in the 3rd International Open Karate Championship- 2017 at Kolkata has brought home 2 gold, one silver and 2 bronze medals in both Kata and Kumite events.

 Tadu Riibing and Nyokum Techi won Gold, Gichik Tyson won Silver, Kara Somin, DopumYangfo , Lee Natung and Ha Tim won Bronze Medals.

Students from all over India and from other countries like Malaysia, Iran, Bangladesh, Nepal and Sri Lanka also participated in the tournament.
