MANMAO, Nov 7 : Acknowledging the importance of developing reading habits, Circle Officer  of Manmao , Changlang District, Atu Yekar established  a  library for the students  in Govt. Higher Secondary School, Manmao.
The library is unique for the reasons that it has been established with cumulative efforts from various stakeholders. The saw mill units provided timber and the furniture units provided desks and benches, while the PWD Department provided carpenters and UD Department provided vehicle and physical support from the ALCs.
The project was funded by the District Administration under DC Changlang  Sunny K. Singh(IAS) and was rendered moral support by the sub divisional administration.
