ROING, Sep 28:  The 5th Monthly e-Pragati cum coordination meeting for September for Lower Dibang Valley district was held today under the chairmanship of Deputy Commissioner Soumya Saurabh, in the presence of DPO Marto Dirchi, heads of offices and administrative officers. All the major projects and schemes being implemented in the district were reviewed and discussed during the meeting. 
The DC called for timely execution of works to meet the set target completion dates so that the infrastructure created can be utilised for the benefit of the public. She stressed on the importance of timely sanctioning of loans under credit linked schemes for the convenience of the beneficiaries and advised the departments to monitor the process.
The DC also advised all heads of offices and officers to meet and interacted with the public to find out the grievances and expectations of the people. She added that all the services provided during the Sarkar Aapke Dwar/Mobile Jan Suvidha camps should be free, forms should be distributed free of charge and full service should be provided in the field itself.
