BOMDILA, Jun 15: Tsering Dolma, who is the spouse of chief minister Pema Khandu donated a new bus to the Government College, Bomdila. She is also an alumnus of the college.
The bus was handed over to the Principal in-charge of the college in the presence of representatives of district administration, public leaders, faculty members and staff of college. The bus has come as a great succour to around 700 students of the institution who had been facing immense difficulty in using the single bus service to attend college regularly.
Speaking on the occasion, Principal in-charge, Dr. Tashi Phuntso, expressed gratitude to Mrs Dolma for the noble gesture and constant support in the developmental works of the college.
