BOLENG, Jan 3: Condemning the paper leak scandal in the APPSC, Chief Minister Pema Khandu claimed that the SIC and CBI are doing their part in the investigation as per norms and the CBI will soon take over all cases related to the job scam including those with the SIC.
Everything is under the laid down norms, and no one is above the law. So question about not seizing the assets of the accused involved in the scam is not in the hands of the government; it is the responsibility of the concerned investigating agency. If they feel that there is a requirement to evaluate the assets, they will probably seize the assets, stated Khandu.
Further, the CM also informed that due to the paper leak scam, all the examinations are on hold, but now we have released an advertisement to reform the Commission by inviting applications for the appointment of new members in the Commission. The new team will be formed in APPSC with new SOP, he said and assured that all the examinations in the coming days will be free & fair. “I also appeal all the aspirants to start preparing for the competitive examination now,"  CM Khandu said.
