The day’s proceedings commenced with a heartfelt felicitation ceremony for veterans, including three war veterans of the Kargil War, at the Veteran Suvidha Kendra (VSK), Pasighat. The event acknowledged their valour and long-standing service to the nation. The presence of these decorated heroes served as a poignant reminder of the sacrifices made to defend the country’s sovereignty.
