The Itanagar Market Welfare Association has mourned the demise of one of its senior members Matibur Rehman who passed away on Sunday of a heart attack. IMWA has asked businesses around Akash deep and ganga area in particular to keep shutters down in the morning half of Tuesday as a mark of respect.
