ITANAGAR, Aug 24: The Itanagar Buddhist Cultural Society (IBCS) on Thursday started the extension of Mentse Khang Medical in the premise of Thupten Gatselling Monastery popularly known as Itanagar Gompa.
DOKA Chairman Jambey Wangdi formally inaugurated the medical extension building in presence of IBCS President Sonam Tenzing and other executive members.
Speaking on the occasion, IBCS president extended gratitude to Speaker Legislative Assembly Tenzing Norbu for his timely efforts in these regards.
He disclosed that the Itanagar Mentse Khang is giving free treatment to at least 25 patients at present.
He also informed that Mentse Khang Itanagar is equipped with advance Acupuncture treatment system with experience doctors.
