ITANAGAR, May 3:  Home Minister Bamang Felix today called for ensuring strict adherence and implementation of traffic rules and regulations without any compromises.
“Rules should not be compromised. These (Traffic) rules are for everyone, irrespective of one’s stature or position,” said the Home Minister while encouraging traffic police personnel to execute their duties sincerely without any compromises. 
Meanwhile, Minister Felix also emphasized on every motor vehicle driver ensuring that they do not cause trouble for other drivers. 
He was addressing the gathering of commercial vehicle drivers at the Traffic Awareness Campaign-cum-Volley Ball Competition programme organized by the All Arunachal Motors Transport Federation (AAMTF) at Nyokum Lapang ground, here,
The Home Minister also emphasized on the responsibility of every driver towards the safety of its passengers and urged all to actively use preventive measures like using seatbelts, helmets, etc. 
The event was attended by members of about 11 (Eleven) transport-related associations, state-unit of the Bharatiya Mazdoor Sangh, DSP (Traffic) P Nobin Jomoh as resource person, EAC, Itanagar Tamo Dada, and others.
