ITANAGAR, Jul 4: Days after the Arunachal Pradesh Police Compassionate Aspirants victims expressed their grievances through the media, Home Minister Bamang Felix today assured that the recruitment process of the aspirants on compassionate ground will be held soon. However, when asked about the time frame the Minister said “Department has initiated the process and very soon result will be announced.”
If reports are to be believed, Chief Minister Pema Khandu has also written a letter to Home Minister Bamang Felix to immediately redress the issue and also urged to intimate the Chief Minister’s Office about the steps that would be taken by the Minister on the issue.
More than 700 aspirants of APP on compassionate ground are waiting since last four years to be recruited against their family members who lost their lives working for the department. The advertisement for the recruitment on compassionate ground was published on 4th November 2015 but despite the submission of documents, physical test and verification the department failed to conduct the recruitment till date
