ITANAGAR, Jun 16: Vehicular movement has been prohibited along the Margherita-Changlang Road connecting Changlang headquarters to Assam.  Commuters have been advised to take the Changlang-Khonsa-Deomali route as a huge portion of road has been washed off due to massive landslide some 19km from the Changlang headquarters. 
Further, in view of the foot and mouth disease outbreak in various districts of Arunachal Pradesh, the deputy commissioner Changlang, Sunny K. Singh, has issued prohibitory order restricting inter-state and inter-district import and transportation of cattle in the district.
