Naharlagun, Sep 23: The Heart of Worship (Season I), an inter-denominational online acoustic gospel singing competition, which was organized by the Revival Radiators in collaboration with the Papum Pare District Christian Revival Church Council culminated in a grand closing ceremony marked by worship, music, and prayers at Christian Revival Church, Polo Colony, Naharlagun. 
Attending the programme, the Joint Registrar of RGU and former Vice-President of APCRCC Dr. David Pertin said that witnessing the dedication and talent of the participants was truly inspiring in The Heart of Worship (Season I) which not only provided a platform for showcasing gospel talent but also emphasized unity and devotion through music. He further encouraged all to live inside out with music and songs as the mediums which in turn heals inner brokenness, renew minds and lift people in despair. The President of Papum Pare District Christian Revival Church Council (PPDCRCC) Gandhi Dui in his speech appreciated the Revival Radiators and expressed his contentment on collaborating with the organisers in this meaningful initiative of recognizing the young talents and encouraged all to inculcate music as medium to fight against depression and loneliness.
The competition which kick started in June, scores of participants took part in the audition rounds through online mode and twenty made it to the Top Twenty earlier, and consequently, five of them made it to the Top-5 round where their talents were tested in the studio rounds with professional mentors and seasoned musicians. The results were prepared based on the judgment of their performances in the parameters covering scale, rhythm, pitch, voice control, pronunciation and overall singing talents by the appointed judges for the competition and were declared on online platforms while the felicitation of the winners was held at CRC Polo Colony at Naharlagun wherein Hopu Pegi, Karsang Yazni and Toko Ruth performed live enthralling the Christian music lovers at CRC Polo Colony, captivating the gathering with their mesmerizing and soothing voices. The winners were awarded with trophies, citations, cash prizes and gift hampers. The program also featured felicitation of the five judges of the competition followed by words of reflections from participants, and the judges.
