PASIGHAT, Jun 1: East Siang and East Kameng girls’ team played Hangpan Dada Memorial Trophy (HDMT) final football match on Sunday at Pasighat Outdoor Stadium. East Siang won the final match against East Kameng by 1-0 goal.
During the match, East Kameng under 16 (Girls) gave a tough fight to East Siang but in the 42 minute, Yayang Lomtung of East Siang scored a decisive goal through a penalty kick in the final match and host team sealed the deal by 1-0 in the final. East Kamengteam tried hard but couldn’t convert any goal till the last minutes of the game. Under-16 Girls football final match was witnessed by the huge numbers of spectators.
Meanwhile in volleyball event, Kra Dadi after beating Kamle by 25-23, 15-25 and 20-18 in final match won the under-16 Girls HDMT-2025. On the other hand, in boys’ volleyball event, Kamle beat Anjaw by 25-22 and 31-29 in the final match and lifted the winning trophy of HDMT.
